WorkBC Programs
WorkBC offers integrated and accessible services to help British Columbians be successful in finding and keeping work. As part of the WorkBC team, VIVRS provides specialized employment and life skill services to Comox Valley residents who have barriers to employment associated with diverse abilities.
Our Courtenay team specializes in providing Customized employment Services and Job Sustainment Services for individuals with diverse abilities through our WORK BC contract. Services are accessed through referral from the WORK BC team accessed through the Employment Services Centre at the Courtenay WorkBC Centre.
In Courtenay we provide the following services;

- Support with connection to Work Experience Placements
- Individualize Placement Services
- On the Job Support
- 52 weeks of Job Sustainment Services to support ongoing success
